St Pauls, Leeds
Built in 1878 St Paul’s House is a Grade II listed former clothing warehouse.
Recent extensive refurbishment has provided Grade A office accommodation in one of the most iconic buildings in the central business district of Leeds.
On the top floor of this landmark building sloping glazing required an effective shading solution.
Dearnleys supplied and installed Astralux 3000 roller blinds with side guide wires so the blinds remained parallel to the windows when being operated.
To prevent the operating chains swinging into the office space these were secured with tensioning devices onto the window mullions.
