The University of Derby were looking to build a new campus by renovating the Grade II listed building which was formally Chesterfield Girls High School, originally built in 1845. The new site is to provide state of the art world class facilities for nursing, health, business, computing, law and engineering.Dearnleys were contracted by Henry Boot Construction to provide cubicle tracking and solar shading throughout the new campus.
