Kepier school wanted to provide a state of the art building
which offered a high quality learning environment.
All classrooms are spacious and designed to maximise
natural light, to create the best environment, and the
building uses a variety of technologies to minimise the
impact on the environment, including heat recovery,
specialist glazing and solar power.
Effective solar shading was essential and needed to work
around the natural ventilation system which was an
integral part of the windows.
