Listing blinds for a listed building

16 Jun 2016

The Grade II star listed St Paul’s House in Leeds was designed in a Moorish style as a clothing warehouse for Sir John Barran, the businessman credited with introducing the ready-made clothing industry to Leeds.

Recently subject to an extensive refurbishment St Pauls House now offers Grade A office accommodation.

Fit out contractor, Overburys, used Dearnleys expertise to shade the sloping glazing on the top floor of the building.

In total over 100 nbr Astralux 3000 roller blinds were installed with the blinds running on unobtrusive guide wires so they kept parallel to the glazing offering excellent control over heat and light gain.
